To initiate a return, please contact us at <a rel=\"noopener\">admin@curionex.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Refunds (if applicable)<\/h4>\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.<\/p>\n<p>If your refund is approved, it will be processed and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.<\/p>\n<h4>Changes (if applicable)<\/h4>\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\n<p>If approved, it will be processed and you will receive a gift card via email with instructions on how to use it.<\/p>\n<h4>Refunds late or not received (if applicable)<\/h4>\n<p>If it has been more than 5 business days since you received notification of your refund and it still does not appear on your statement, contact your bank.
